Returns and refunds

Returns/Cancellation and Refunds:

At Serandib New Zealand Limited, our promise will be to deliver products you ordered to exceed your expectation. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality with our products within 7 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement or a refund (less delivery & admin costs). This, however, does not apply if you simply change your mind. Generally goods, once purchased, cannot be returned. Under exceptional circumstances, or by prior arrangement, goods may be returned upon receiving approval from our office.

We will also accept returns where the advertised product is misrepresented or is defective. We will pay the return shipping costs ( as per standard cost related to location) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

Please contact us to request a return. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in original packaging, and not used.

Any cancellation of orders will be subject to a minimum of $5.00 cancellation fee.

Refunds will usually be made by the same method in which payment was made.
